Our Story
Supreme Air Care is not a regular air duct cleaning company. Founded by Eli Davidi, the company was created to bring transparency, honesty, and professionalism into an industry where systems are often serviced without being fully understood. Real indoor air quality issues almost always start at the HVAC system and attic environment.
HVAC System & Attic Insulation Evaluation
When the HVAC system is located in the attic, insulation and ventilation conditions directly affect heat exposure, condensation at the coil, and long-term system health.
Attic insulation naturally degrades over time. In many Texas homes, insulation installed 10β15 years ago no longer provides adequate protection. Current Texas guidelines typically require approximately 14 inches of attic insulation, depending on material type.
Inspection Fee & Pricing Approach
After completing the full air duct inspection, the inspection fee is $98. This fee covers the on-site evaluation, documentation, and professional assessment of the system.
If you choose to move forward with recommended cleaning or service, the $98 inspection fee is fully credited toward the approved work once cleaning begins.
Service pricing is determined only after inspection and is based on the actual condition and configuration of the system. Factors considered include:
- Overall condition of the duct system
- Air handler and duct connection quality
- Level of contamination or buildup
- Presence or absence of a UVC light
- Type and effectiveness of air filtration
- Accessibility and system layout
This condition-based pricing ensures that recommendations and costs reflect the real needs of the system rather than a fixed or one-size-fits-all approach.
This inspection-first, condition-based process allows homeowners to receive clear information and accurate pricing before any work begins.
